Payment:
-Payment will be required in full through ko-fi after an initial discussion, but before I start the commission
All sales are final except for if:
-Commission is very late and there was no discussion of an extended deadline or partial refund with the client
-Cancel or change of commission type within 4 hours of purchasing
-Situation where I simply can’t complete or do not have the time to finish the commission
Commercial use:
-Discuss with me, but I do not plan on taking commissions for commercial use often/regularly
-!!Prices will be significantly higher due to the nature of these commissions!!
Rights:
-I reserve the copyrights to my art pieces
-I reserve the right to use it for advertising/content
-The client may not use the commissioned piece for profit of any kind (barter/trade/nft/products/etc) unless discussed or as a commercial use commission
-The client may not use the commissioned piece to feed AI, or use AI to alter the piece
Communication:
-Communication with client will either be done through discord or email (or another platform if neither is doable)
-This will be discussed with client for preference on how much or how little updates are needed
-References as well as the finer details of the commission will be discussed before purchasing (at least three references are required)
-At minimum there will be a discussion when the commission is first accepted, when the sketch is done, and after base coloring
-Revisions needed should be discussed immediately, I will not start the lineart/color until the go ahead from the client, but I will not be able to do major revisions after that point without additional payment
Commission Completion:
-Completion of the commission will typically be within the 1 week to 1 month range due to my other job and possible delays
-Upon completion client will be contacted for preferred file type/types to receive the commission as
